Through journaling, visioning and playing with paint, I will guide you step-by-step to your own ability to access your inner vision and allow yourself to re-imagine how you can express your creativity in a way that is easy and joyful.
In this process, I will help you create abstracted paintings that are meaningful and that will give you a visual reminder of your internal message and your journey.

Paint It to Change It™ sessions are online Zoom energy healing sessions that combine two powerful forms of transformation:

During our private session, we'll have a chance to work together to clear out and shift old doubts, worries and fears.

Oooh paint time! (can you tell it's my favorite?) In this class, we'll take some time to explore our hopes and dreams...and at the same time, I'll be demonstrating how to blend paints, and create textures and patterns. In some ways, it's definitely a class for people that have never painted, but it also will be fun for people that have painted before, but have not incorporated mindfulness and intention. Either way, there is a lot to learn and discover in this series of three classes.

In this series of two classes, you'll be guided step - by - step...to connect in to the parts of yourself that are ready for more 'flow'. This class is designed to help us do all that: first, through a short meditation and then in a very simple painting...to feel the flow in your own body and then to allow the paint to flow in a river of color!
